- About Me -

MY STORY

Born, raised, and currently living in Vancouver, BC, I took time away from the west coast to complete a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design at Ottawa's Carleton University, graduating in spring of 2017. During my time in Ottawa I also worked as an intern at Red Dot design award winning design agency The Federal, where I received valuable experience working for clients such as Mitel telecommunications. Now back in Vancouver, I take on freelance design projects for a variety of clients, and I’m currently looking to leverage my experience in the service industry to find a niche helping restaurants build their brands. I also run AlpenglowPrints, my own line of art prints showcasing the natural beauty of British Columbia and beyond.

I’m an extrovert with a depth of potential and well developed soft skills. I’m eager to learn and I enjoy, not just tolerate, wearing many hats whenever possible with my jack of all trades background and lifestyle. I take pride in my work, and love to dive deep into the background behind any new project in order to do each challenge justice in it’s own way.

Outside of work I am an outdoor lover, especially in summer when I spend my free time riding my road bike, and hiking and camping in the local backcountry; In the winter I am more likely to be found ruining friendships with board games like Settlers of Catan, watching Vancouver Canucks hockey games or planning my next travel adventure.
